Black Friday doesn’t arrive until Nov. 29 this year, but start saving up because the DJI Black Friday 2019 deals list has already been published.
And the DJI Black Friday 2019 sale starts even earlier than that. The sales start as early as Sunday, Nov. 24. And if you miss Black Friday, the deals run all the way through Dec. 4.
The DJI Black Friday 2019 sale can save you as much as 30% off. Depending on what you buy, that’s easily hundreds of dollars in savings.
Here are all the deals you’ll find on Black Friday from DJI’s online, U.S. store:
|Usual Price||Sale Price||Dollars saved||Percent saved|
|Mavic 2 Pro||$1,729||$1,379||$350||20%|
|Mavic 2 Pro+||$2,199||$1,779||$420||19%|
|Tello Iron Man Edition||$129||$89||$40||31%|
|DJI FPV Air Unit||$179||$149||$30||17%|
|DJI Googles Racing Edition||$549||$449||$100||18%|
|Ronin-S Essentials Kit||$559||$479||$80||14%|
The best deals on the list is the Tello drone, a kid-focused drone made by a Chinese startup called Ryze Tech, but that’s made in partnership with both DJI and Intel (it’s got an Intel vision processing chip and flight stabilization from DJI). The Tello Iron Man Edition is mostly the same as the standard Tello, except that it’s designed to resemble Tony Stark’s red Iron Man suit. The Iron Man version of the Tello drone also comes with a special “Hero” app, simulating FRIDAY, Iron Man’s virtual assistant.
The Tello drones have been massively popular in classrooms as a STEM tool for teaching kids how both to fly and to code.
It’s likely DJI is trying to clear some stock to make way for the newly-launched Mavic Mini, which has much in common with the Tello — small, beginner-focused, easy to fly, but with more features you can expect from DJI’s drones. The Mavic Mini, which was announced in October and started shipping this week, is not a part of the Black Friday sale, though you can buy it for $399 — which is still a pretty sweet deal.
The sale begins Sunday, Nov. 24 and runs through Dec. 4.
